Our service area from Aucklands Harbour Bridge north to Leigh in the Matakana Coast means we often find ourselves working on some of the most stunning properties, on some of the most beautiful coastline in one of the most sought after countries in the world.

Our regular service area is on the eastern coast north of Auckland, from the Auckland harbour bridge to Leigh including the North Shore, Hibiscus Coast, Matakana Coast, greater Warkworth area and the Mahurangi. We operate beyond this area at times for some projects.

JOHN LINTON has been involved in professional property care since 2005
John has lived in the Mahurangi Area since the early 2000s, and started working in property care in 2005. John started MTC in 2021 and soon after was adding others to the team to keep up with demand. John now leads a fast growing company serving the residents of Mahurangi and the wider Auckland area. John lives on the Mahurangi Peninsula with his wife and four children.

Our team of up to six people can deliver rapid improvements to a wide range of outdoor environments ranging from carparks to lifestyle sections in order to move towards realising the sites potential

JONO TOWNSEND has recently joined MTC to support its rapid growth
In 2018 at thirty five years old, Jono successfully concluded the seven figure sale of a service business he owned based north of Auckland. Having known John for over 20 years he recently embraced the opportunity to re-enter the service business space as part of MTC. Jono is excited about offering the skills and experience that MTC brings to more customers.
